Atsushi Arisawa enrolls at Jougaouka High School so he could be near Masami "Ma-chan" Shibata, his childhood crush and now a school nurse. Strangely, Ma-chan's previously sweet personality seems to have changed beyond all recognition. Worse, Atsushi's friend Kouji is trying to put the moves on him. Atsushi only wants Ma-chan, so perhaps if he gets to know this new, adult Ma-chan he'll find things aren't so bad after all... But wait a minute, his name isn't Masami but Masayoshi?!
